How PayBill works.

From a chosen story to a settled bill.

  1. The applicant submits a bill and documents. A reviewer checks the details and eligibility for help.
  2. After consent to the exact version of the story, the bill appears in Explore.
  3. A Hero tops up their wallet and confirms the full cost of helping.
  4. The finance team transfers funds to the utility provider. Completion is confirmed separately.
